2. Are your products original and quality checked?

Yes, all products on spotterhouse.in are 100% original. Each piece goes through quality checks for fabric, stitching and print before being packed and shipped.

3. How do I place an order?

Browse your favourite styles, select the size and colour, then click on Add to Cart or Buy Now. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most serviceable PIN codes in India.

6. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we’ll send you an email/SMS with a tracking link to follow your order.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused products with original tags and packaging.

8. Can I exchange my product for another size?

Yes, size exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

9. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

10. How will I get my refund?

Most refunds are issued as store credit. In special cases, refunds may be processed to the original payment method.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit & credit cards, net banking, wallets and COD (where available).

12. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can usually be cancelled within 2 hours before dispatch.
