  • Customers are advised to review before every purchase.

2. Return & Exchange Window

  • Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns allowed within 3 days of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Incorrect or damaged product received.
  • Wrong size or item delivered.
  • Missing accessories or components.

4. Mandatory Product Conditions

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • No stains, odour, or damage.
  • All original tags and packaging intact.
  • Complete return for combo items.

5. Reverse Pickup & Self Shipping

  • Pickup available for most pincodes.
  • Two pickup attempts will be made.
  • Self-shipping allowed if pickup fails (reimbursed).

6. Refunds

Store Credit

Fastest option, valid for 6 months.

Prepaid Orders

Refund processed within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

Refund via wallet or bank transfer.

7. Exchanges

  • Only size exchanges allowed.
  • One exchange per order.
  • Gift card issued if size unavailable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear & undergarments
  • Perfumes & cosmetics
  • Mystery / blind box items
  • Final sale products

9. Order Cancellation

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders receive store credit if cancelled early.

10. Manufacturing Defects

  • Issues must be reported within 20 days.
  • Includes stitching, print, or fabric defects.
  • No claims accepted after 30 days.
